It has been nothing but a pleasure working with First Reach. I cannot appreciate enough their professionalism, commitment and communication in regards to my young people in placements. All questions/enquiries are always answered efficiently, which makes young people ensured they will receive support when needed.

The initial process was professional and swift with a viewing facilitated quickly to accommodate the YP urgent need for accommodation. During the viewing, expectations were explained to the YP and he was shown all areas of the accommodation, made aware of facilities available within the area and advised on nearby colleges, GP and services that would be of use. With this information the YP was able to make an informed decision on making the move. Regular updates on the YP progress has been provided and any issues addressed straight away.

Highly recommended, they ensured a smooth transition for him. Communication was great, he is very happy with his new place and support.
