The initial process was professional and swift with a viewing facilitated quickly to accommodate the YP urgent need for accommodation. During the viewing, expectations were explained to the YP and he was shown all areas of the accommodation, made aware of facilities available within the area and advised on nearby colleges, GP and services that would be of use. With this information the YP was able to make an informed decision on making the move. Regular updates on the YP progress has been provided and any issues addressed straight away.
